Our Team

Alongside the pharmacists we have an amazing team of qualified Medicine Counter Assistants, Dispensers and Accuracy Checking Technicians.

Patricia Bright (Pat)
Our longest standing member of the team - started working at Marks Tey Pharmacy in 2002 and qualified as a dispenser in 2008. Pat has many years of experience and is now concentrating in the dispensing and preparation of dosette boxes for care homes. She has a particular knowledge of alternative medicines.

Susan Went (Shop Manager):

Has worked in the care sector for many years and has had experience in management and customer care. Sue started working at Marks Tey Pharmacy in 2016. She qualified as dispenser in 2012 and proactively takes on other roles such as First Aider/CPR, Healthy Living Champion and Data Protection Officer. Sue also oversees our vaccination services and online orders. She is a caring and friendly person to everyone and enjoys working with people and her patients.

Julie Addison
Qualified as dispenser in 1989 and joined Marks Tey Pharmacy in 2018. She has many years of experience dispensing medication, a good knowledge of shop products and is involved in the preparation and dispatching of online orders.

Sarah Race
Has worked in community pharmacy for 24 years. She qualified as Pharmacy Technician in 2005 and became ACT (Accuracy Checking Technician) in 2017 and joined the team in 2020. Sarah especially enjoys organising dosette boxes and care homes medication. She actively reviews and updates her 'Continuing Professional Development' to deliver excellent service and is trained as First Aider/CPR.

Denise Fidler
Has been the manager of a local residential care home for over 20 years and joined the pharmacy in 2020 as Medicine Counter Assistant. She brings her wealth of knowledge and experience of care homes and her warm personality to our pharmacy. 

Lucy Robinson
Qualified as Medicine Counter Assistant in 2016, became a dispenser in 2018 and joined the pharmacy in 2021. She is a hard working and diligent person, a quick learner and enjoys working as a member of our team.
